As we did last year, we'll be...Pop an agility potion and wear some solid light or medium armor. Feels good. Ideally str for combo damage perk, agi,vit (glutton is too good to not get). The other points can do grit for stam Regen, rest expertise for carry wt or the first authority perk for thrall taunt in pve.

I think the siptah dragon void heavy is the current high armor value. In the exiled lands the arena armor good but hard to get the mats. The redeemed legion is the best and easiest of the high AC armies but I think you'll need that shieldwright to make it.
