Sep 30, 2023 · Bringing UPS back on line, APP said the camera was powered off. I bypassed the UPS and plugged directly into a known good outlet. APP Still said camera is powered off. Deleted the camera from the app and tried to reconnect. After “QR Code Scanned” the voice says “Cannot connect to local network”. An hour with chat proved fruitless.Since it is not reading the QR code, the camera is not even trying to connect to the network - so all your network changes were un-needed (at least so far). As soon as the camera correctly scans the QR code, it will announce “QR code scanned, please wait”. At that point, the camera will start attempting to connect to the network.If your Wyze Cam v3 doesn't automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network, you can follow the same steps you used to set up your camera to add it back to the Wyze app. Open up the Wyze app and tap the + plus sign icon in the top left.
