Vanilla shouts have too long cooldown to be useful. Mods that reduce shout cooldown typically reduce it to the extent that you can brainlessly spam shout to cheese fights. So I am hoping for a mod that encourage shout usage yet still forcing players into dangerous melee(I said dangerous because I was using some combat overhaul mods).Author: Vojtěch Greger.
