Hi i am a playing a prot palidin. I have read that mitigation gear is the best for starting out in ulduar that we should focus on avoidance gear instead and gem all stamina. At best without gemming dodge i can get get nearly 45% avoidance with dodge and parry. With other gear i can get about 2k+ block with about 45% + block.
