I did it with 121 mage bonus and 83 magic using blood blitz. I went hard on MTA and used master wand, infinity boots, mage book, MA2 cape, beacon ring, a blessing, Farseer helm, Mystic top, Ahrims skirt, Glory and iron knives. I had Brews and Super restore with 2 extra Restores beyond the 3:1 ratio. I finished the fight with 15 doses of brews ...Making blood barrage heal 32.5% of damage instead of 25%. So let's say you're blood barraging all 1200 HP, which you shouldn't be because trident is higher dps. Then you would heal 390 HP instead of 300. (Ignoring healing mechanic). In reality you're more likely blood barraging for ~600-700 of that damage.
