Best glock recoil spring
I built a Glock 30S using a Glock 36 Slide on a Glock 30 SF frame. I installed a 24# recoil spring, xtra power mag springs, xtra power striker spring & trigger spring, safety-sider trigger, tru glow front sight, black rear, 9 round mag, and a KKM fully supported barrel. I load 8.5gr of Power Pistol under a Lee 255gr.Moving up to a 20lb recoil spring on the .40 S&W G22 eliminates the high-velocity slide-to-frame battering and the FTFs that happen when a light is mounted on a Gen 3 rail. These problems are caused by the inadequate 17 lb recoil spring that is shared with the 9mm G17. It also reduces felt recoil.
