The purpose of this pamphlet is to provide practical, cost-effective solutions concerning access to hotel services and facilities by your guests who are blind, deaf-blind, or visually impaired, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA is a civil rights law signed by President Bush on July 26, 1990.
